Each tag can have a short name and description. You can also set a Destination Page for the tag.
Tags can be shown as small numbered boxes, transparent outlines, or as a custom image.

When you preview or publish your prototype, clicking a tag with a Destination Page set will navigate to that page.
Moving the mouse over any tag on a published page will show a popup with the tag name and description.
